Linear Washing Machine

This bottle washer mainly comprises a bottle holding belt, conveyor belt and two-water two-gas cleaning structure. It can work in tandem with a filling line or perform bottle washing independently.
Bottles are fed onto the conveyor belt by the bottle holding belt, then inverted by the bottle holding device into the cleaning system. A sanitary pump supplies pressurized water for rinsing. The spray pipe stem inserts into the bottle to blow air, finishing both water and air washing processes.
The machine enables easy product model changeover and delivers high bottle washing cleanliness. Compatible with containers of various shapes, it handles disinfection, hot & cold cleaning and drying for glass bottles and PET plastic cans.
