Bottle Washer

This machine mainly consists of bottle holding belt, conveyor belt and 2-water & 2-air cleaning structure. It can work as part of a filling line or wash bottles independently.
Bottles are delivered to the conveyor belt via the bottle holding belt, then inverted by the bottle gripper into the cleaning station. A sanitary pump provides pressurized water for rinsing. Spray stems insert into bottles to perform water washing and air blowing cycles.
