Single/Double Servo Capping Machine

This fully automatic robotic capping machine is designed for threaded plastic caps and metal caps on glass bottles. It adopts air gripper balanced screw capping structure to apply even force during capping. Equipped with servo cap picking and servo torque capping, it delivers stable performance and high capping quality. The machine supports automatic bottle feeding and automatic cap sorting. It can be equipped with an automatic cap supply system as required, suitable for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic production lines.
