This automatic vial unscrambler is mainly used for injection vials. Disordered bottles are fed out from the hopper, buffered and pre-sorted by the vibrating plate, then transported along the track to the turnover mechanism. After orientation adjustment, bottles are pushed out neatly with necks upward, achieving a pass rate of over 99.9%.
It is suitable for plastic and glass cylindrical bottles, square bottles and rectangular bottles. The machine can be linked with filling, labeling, cartoning and other equipment.
