Messy bottles are fed by the elevator into the bottle storage ring of the unscrambler. Driven by the centrifugal force of the rotating disc, bottles are delivered end to end out of the centrifugal disc. A multi-stage belt mechanism at the outlet stabilizes and clamps the bottles before sending them into the hook claw assembly. Bottles with necks facing forward will be hooked and flipped, while those with bases forward cannot be caught. The bottles travel either neck-first or base-first, and the final-stage belt stands all bottles upright. Once sorted, bottles move on to the subsequent working procedure.
